Story: Earth calling Google...

Until last year, for 16 years, I lived and worked in the heart of Silicon Valley. Since I lived and worked about 10 minutes from Google, I personally know people who work there. One of the many things I can share is the "hyped" up BS culture. "A Culture of Creativity" .... by whoose standards? All companies consider themselves creative. Creative means different things to different folks. The "Googlers" I know are superficial, sugar coat everything and spend lots of time making nicey nice so there is no time or room left for creativity. For the most part, they spend lots of time yessing as they are yes people at the hopes of becoming rich. Fun to that company is keeping your mouth shut and not being allowed to be real. It like an unspoken rule. On another note, my question is this ... Is there a conflict of interest with Board of Director, John Doerr? John does sit on many many Boards BUT he is on BOTH the board for Google AND Kleiner Perkins. Kleiner Perkins, as you know, is Silicon Valleys # 1Venture Capital firm and Google's main V C. Most of Google's funding came from KP. John is on both Boards ...... hmmmmm ....... I wonder.. .. but then, maybe that isn't nice too say.
