help!

hi,
after reading this i think i finally know what is wrong with my media player. i am infected and every time i open media player the pc usage goes rite up to about 80-90. my computer is fairly new and usualy very fast . How do i get rid of this? ive tred rolling back the media player but it did nothing, i tryed scannin for spyware and viruses, still nothing. the link given does not solve the problem. do you know what i can do??? any help would be appreciated.
