Story: Former Informix head sent to prison

This article is incorrect in stating that "Informix is now owned by IBM". IBM bought some products from the Informix company, but not the company itself. The company was renamed Ascential and continues to do business on the NASDAQ. All Informix shares are now Ascential shares.
