Don't forget the Novell motion to dismiss SCOG's case is under advisement, and a ruling is expected any day now. If the judge rules that the Asset Purchase agreement, as amended, did not transfer the copyrights to oldSCO, then SCOG will have no standing to sue anyone over copyright violations in Linux.
