Story: Do senders have a right to your inbox?
Like most things, yes and no. I am an admin Evil-Genius with an engineering consultancy; I do use a tracker at work and advise everyone else to do so to. Business is Business. But we all know it exists, even if we do not use it. When a message does not get through, action can be taken. I use the tracker both intra office and B2B. Home is different. Thanks for the headsups!
