Like so many others, My SPV C500 freezes and the only way to resolve this is to remove the battery and reboot. TYPICAL WINDOWS!!!
Also as others have reported, my screen too is full of dust and there is no way to clean it as removing the rear screw will invalidate the warranty ( mind you, I wonder what this is worth?) The person at the helpdesk was like a robot repaeting : "Sorry sir, this is a cosmetic fault and cannot be repaired..." This is a design fault, period. I'm getting on to the manufacturers and if I cannot get redress as I am a member of Which? I'll try to see if they can put some pressure. I, for sure will NOT be renewing my contract with Orange and will advise my friends and family to avoid them and their poor customer service. VOTE WITH YOUR WALLETS. Loyalty counts for nothing anymore. I wish reviewers like Sandra took time to use their samples for at least a couple of months before glamorising a product that clearly is not up to scratch. Oh, and why is the bottom of the phone so small? This just makes it difficult to use tha keypad. GRRRRR!!!! The future is not bright with Orange.
