Story: SCO allowed to delay IBM trial

OK, so Judge Kimball has confirmed that there is indeed difficulty over Novell/SCO unix copyright so that is one major missile in SCO's attack plan that's not there. Next, it seems that SCO is still unable to feel it can reveal it's claimed offending lines of code quite yet whilst it threatens it's own customers with expensive lawsuits, in case the whole Linux community trashes the claim within a few hours of receipt. Finally, is it actually SCO v Linux, or Baystar v Linux? And who put Baystar up to it in the first place? It's a great legal thriller here, but I don't see a rainmaker anywhere.
