Story: Is your anti-virus program still working?

Despite having paid my subscripton to Norton Antivirus Symantec, I am denied access to their page.
The following was brought to my attention;
1. System staturs needs urgent attention
2. Autoprotect is off
3. Email scanning error
I don't particularly want to pay more money to have this put right, and would like to know if you have a commercial interest in addressing these problems.
