Story: Is your anti-virus program still working?

i had to have my computer reset to its original
settigs that it had on it when i bought it earlier this year the also reinstall a three month norton antivirus protection which was for three months i had already purchased a full years subscription which was lost due to health check from pc world ,i am getting messages saying it is about to run out but it has a lot longer to run i think it is bought to last until about june next year i do not know what to do i had an email frome them earlier to sy i was covered until a certain date which i have also lost i have tried writing to norton but am getting no repies what can i do now
