I agree to you, if you want make use with Outlook acceptable you need some add-ins oder add-ons! I also agree to you to the tool Lookout, it was really a great help! BUT as you maybe already know it ist undeveloped and not supported today! For me and my company that was frustrating, because we cannot work with a product that isnīt developed and supported anymore in the future! We tried a few tools, but decided to work with Lookeen (www.lookeen.net)! This tool convinced us the most! Fast, reliable, easy, small....
