Forget about skype i think at moment mobile phone outlets online are doing excllent offers on contracts that make it cheaper than usual like the Samsung D500 with 400mins per month for only £15 these kind offers make you think you mite aswell get a contract. The lowest offer i have seen is 2.99 per on 7600 and 500 MINS per month!! i currently brought contract off www.selectafone.com excllent support and advice!
