Story: Skype launch flawed by reset bug

I have been testing and using Skype for almost a year, with problems that I could count on one hand. It has saved me countless hundreds of dollars in Telco costs. As with any software beta versions have bugs. Just because you had an issue with your test machine, I would hardly think that qualifies as a flawed Launch.
