Story: PayPal to pay out on problem accounts

Thanks for bringing this situation and story to light.
I experienced the same "freeze" and shabby treatment from PayPal here in the United States. And I never got an apology, refund or restitution from then. I even appealed to eBay for help but they also ignored my request.
Do you know if there is a similar class-action suit pending or settlement for us in the U.S. ?
