Story: Lawyer sues Yahoo over message-board insults
PLEASE! The lawyer entered into a public forum? He used his real information on the Internet?
What should happen here is that the judge should send the lawyer to an "Intro to the Internet" class. No one uses real identifying information on the net anymore, unless you are begging for identity theft. I have had my Yahoo! account for nearly as long as there has been a Yahoo! and my info has never been "correct".
There are two terms that would apply to this person, and I'm using proper netiquette here, and they would be Flame Bait and Troll.
Get real, if you intentionally walked into a meeting of PETA wearing a fur coat, would you not expect to catch the red paint?
