Story: Lawyer sues Yahoo over message-board insults
Although no one wishes to be abused, there is such a thing as um, what do you call it? Oh yeah FREEDOM OF SPEECH !!!! I suggest that the attorney in question re-read that sacred document once more. I believe everyone has the right to their opinion, if you don't agree with it, ignore the person. It's not a difficult thing to do. What this attorney is trying to do is to pervert the workings of the judical system for his own gains. The legal system is there to help those who have been wronged, not so some lawyer can make a name for himself, and bring in more clients as a result. Lawsuits such as this one only bring the legal profession into disrepute. I would hope that the California Bar Association begins an investigation into this attorney, for his perversion of the justice system.
