Story: Lawyer sues Yahoo over message-board insults

Although I have not seen the actual postings, I think this case proves that it is next to impossible to filter out all inappropriate postings to message boards and newsgroups. However, it also sounds to me like this lawyer only made things worse by posting responses to the message board under his own user name.
