Very dangerous.
Firstly there's a lot of gamesmanship around competitive web sites, and this could be seen as an easy way for spammers to put their competitors out business.
Secondly, email return addresses are often forged by viruses - how will ISPs tell what's human-, and what's virus-generated email?
As long as return addresses can be forged, this will not work.
