Of course what the unnamed Microsoft spokesman forgot to mention was that:

* Afrikaans is still in beta and has not been released. In fact it seems to have been in beta for over a year. So either they are testing very thoroughly or ... smoke and mirrors
* Kiswahili is in the terminology definition phase, ie they have not even started translations.

So to say that Microsoft is available in those languages is rather far from the truth.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
