We think tesco internet customer service is very poor and have just cancelled our internet account with Tesco. We has been with Tesco internet access for over four years. It was very excited when we first heard that tesco was going to provide broadband service and we orderd it immediately. Four weeks later we have not had any reply from Tesco braodband service and have been calling customer help line 0845 650 8000 and broadband help desk 0800 479 8181and there are always nobody answer the phone.

We understand that Tesco broadband package is cheaper than BT and other broadband service. However Tesco customer service is very poor and we are willing to pay more money to other broadband provider with good customer services.

We are very frustrated and disappointed with Tesco broadband customer service.
