My advice is to avoid Tesco Broadband like the plague!
I have consistent difficulties connecting to Tesco Broadband, cannot get a reply from the so called Helpline, they don't respond to e-mails and appear to have removed their Broadband help webpage today. If the system worked properly I'd like their advice on getting another e-mail address (they claim 14 addresses) but as they're impossible to communicate with, I'm not holding my breath.
I think Watchdog might be getting a few calls about this one. Bad one Tesco!
