We have BTYahoo BB, and I couldn't be more pleased. It's a bit more expensive, and it handholds you a little bit (but nowhere near as much as AOL). However, it went in like a dream, has no outages that I'm aware of since February. Also included is a good suite of software and services. Recommended!
