Victory for Sendo? Maybe, but not as big as Microsoft's victory. By illegally passing Sendo's Intellectual Property on to Asian manufacturers, allowing them to pip Sendo to the post, Sendo stand to lose millions and Microsoft stand to make even more billions. Since when were a few million dollars going to affect Microsoft's business tactics?
Sure Sendo have some kind of compensation, but MS go unpunished. They bleat about others violating their IP, but they ripped out Sendo's crown jewels.
Incidentally I've seen two Sendo X's next to each other, one running Symbian and one running MS Smartphone, and can confirm that the Symbian one was about 10 times faster running the same Java games.
