Story: Maxtor OneTouch II: a first look

Greetings --
on first looks this seems very impressive and most importantly very easy to use despite the fact that it is slightly pricey.
One point on which I am still slightly unclear is whether or not it will backup your whole system and not just your files and folders and programs. Would it really replace the whole lot?
