2 things.

1.Linux is the kernel and no one owns it.

2.I won't be surprised if we find out that Sun is secretly funding SCO.

Sadly, for a company like Sun, magnificant and truly innovative in the past, they are sounding very disgruntled.

If they think they have a case, they really should look at Novel not RedHat, Novel is the big player and has more bite than RedHat.
With Sun now not buying MontaVista, Sun is losing direction and has no solid plan.
I wish IBM would just buy them, give Java to the community and do us all a favour and give Schwartz and McNeely their unemployment slips.
