Strangely enough a Windows 98 SE PC with Firefox and something else then Outlook (and especially without the Microsoft Network Client enabled) is currently more secure then XP Pro (or W2K Pro or NT Workstation) with IE and Outlook. Simply because of the number and type of active vulnerabilites.
