This article makes hype with nothing!
First of all: I´m a free-software entusiast. But, I have to disagree with this article. An entire article just to comment a little part of a Ballmer internal e-mail ! It was just an internal e-mail, it wasn´t a contract, neither a agreement, or other legal paper like these. In his e-mail, he didn´t intend to describe precisely *how* the damned M$ will really indemnify its customers, or when. He just said "legal costs": "legal costs" could be only the lawyers cost, but "legal costs" could be all the expenses that a MS´s customer had to pay because a lawsuit, too.
