Story: Novell readies Linux desktop release

I want to see Linux as a viable alternative to Microsoft. It's time customers had a real choice and an alternative vision.
However, the scope of Novell Desktop 9 seems to be rather limited and therefore will only appeal to a limited market.
Reading the article, I'm dissapointed. Perhaps the article has not done justice to the forthcoming release.
