John Regnault should get a life. Customers are not expecting something for nothing. Customers only want what they ALREADY pay for - a reliable Internet Service. Any ISP that fails to protect its customers' interests simply doesn't deserve the customers. DDoS attacks reduce bandwidth for all customers of the ISP, not just those directly affected by the attacks. BT should rid itself of this arrogant man and drop this stupid uncaring policy; otherwise customers should switch ISP's. I already have.
