I absolutely agree with David's comments. I had been a customer of O2 for many years and had received generally a very good service, but my son managed to talk me into swapping over to 3G earlier on this year.

As David said, I've also experienced constant problems from the outset in receiving even the normal service, let alone 3G Video Calls. You call outer Mongolia or it seems like it and get no further forward. On one occasion when I spoke to the call centre, it took them a horrendous amount of time to get me the name of the UK Customer Service Director, of which they told me it was Bob Fuller! But, by looking at your article, the call centre couldn't even get that right!

I am counting the days to cancel my contract.
