Story: Developers angry over software patent 'evasion'

Lord Sainsbury, the "hero of the people". This is the guy that tried and failed to get people in the UK to buy and eat GM food against their wishes.
He's obviously the friend of big business.
What a disappointment to see him appear in this area.
No surprise he's trying to bring in software patents by the back door.
I think the UK Patent Office should be taken to the european court over this, since EU hasn't agreed on a course for software patents yet.
Jeez. Democracy isn't just about elections every four years, it's supposed to be about THEM LISTENING TO US, not listening to big business.
No doubt Lord Sainsbury thinks he knows better than the plebian classes.
Even more reason to get these Labour jerks out of office.
