I have been with bulldog since its release in my area last year, the service was superb, untill August when I upgraded to a service they could not provide, then charged me the upgrade fee TWICE and still has not refunded ANYTHING, nor have they cancelled my upgrade despite several requests. I called their help line and transfered several times to wrong departments, who then advised to email them.
If you email with questions only expect one question answered at a time, and to have to re sent the email (I send one SEVEN times).
Three months later still no joy. When I ask who regulates them, they avoid the question.
If you take Bulldog NEVER UPGRADE.
Also expect to deal with INDIA when you call.

I was with BT before and should have stayed with them, Their service was slow but at least answered questions and took complaint serious.
