IMHO publishing virus code on the web is better than only let it be exchanged in the underground between only selected people that may or may not use it to create other virii, at least in this case everyone has the opportunity to learn from it and adopt its own mitigation.
Such virus will hopefully oblige to review the whole security in Bluetooth technology and howthe vendors implement it while it is still time and not yet harmful.
