Software is obviously created in WRITING. Thus, proper protection of its authors' rights (for only a LIMITED amount of time) consists of Copyright, not Patent.
Thank goodness Poland was willing to stand up, in defense of the interests of people and society at large, to the sleazy back-room deals between big corporations and unethical politicians. This one was smelling like really rotten fish for quite a while!
How the **** can the so-called "peoples' representatives" of other EU nations (and the USA, and Australia) live with themselves? Noseplugs?
