My friend installed this on his computer and immediately started finding 'problems' which could not be 'cleaned'.

He removed it (the programme), and the 'problem' was solved. He reinstalled it and the 'problem' reappeared.....

Bottom line, I think the programme was actually detecting and attempting to clean one of it's own componenents
