"Vaporware" arises when a spin off like the one in question starts talking about something that they might do, its great publicity.

They last spoke about this in 2002. Its a WORM device anyway. I know of a company that will be launching a new storage device product in 2006/7 which is prototyped and working. Should end the need for GRID and Veritas anyway.
