Story: BT flight offer complaints upheld by watchdog

As a person experiencing difficulty in trying to secure a £10 cruise as offered by the Daily Express in July 2004 it is interesting to note that this is also being administered by MKM and Rise Travel!!!!
The issue was featured on BBc watchdog last week!!
How can I achieve some satisfaction & get the other parties to homour their side of the deal or compensate me for my troubles?
