Why should this be decided on a EU Council Agriculture and Fishery meeting?
Many national parliaments have spoken against this Patent directive.(Duch, Polish, German) This will only aliënatie Europeans from their Parliament. I hope some real discussion about this subject can be had.

There will be further activation issues to watch out for as Microsoft plans to offer a similar service to independent software vendors whereby they can "control" licensing through activation and other measures similar to the Software Protection Platform.
