Story: Exchange server alternatives

Novell GroupWise or NetMail should have been mentioned as well if we're talking about alternatives for Exchange. Also because an OutLook client is possible (but why would you?) and it's an easy migration. Not only from within a Windows environment but also, if wished, as a stepping stone towards more cost savings. E.g.: by (partly/mostly) migrating towards an Open Source environment.
