Story: Man jailed for MSN TV hack
The sentence is far too light. This virus could have literally resulted in someone's death. Until we start punishing authors of virus software and Spy-ware, we will continue to suffer from these attacks. His sentence should be more along the lines of:
1. Ten to twenty years
2. Just as a sniper prove that he cannot be
trusted with a gun, this individual has
proven that he cannot be trusted with a
computer. If he touches so much as an
ATM machine, his sentence should be
lengthened. It should be illegal for this
person to ever work in any computer
related field for the rest of his life. Any
knowledge he needs to divulge should
simply be a part of his sentence.
3. It must become illegal for he or his family
to profit in any shape form or fashion by
publishing or selling his story.
