I don't know when people are going to wake up and figure out that Microsoft is doing them a big disservice.

Microsoft has always made it company practice to "take" from other operating systems, applications, etc., and to incorporate that into windows. Often they don't even attempt to change the code, which is why Stacker was able to so easily find that Microsoft stole their code. Yet if a programmer decides to write a program for Windows and uses the Windows API's then what he or she is doing is violating Microsofts patent laws!

Thank god for my OS X machine and Apples free Xcode development tools. Apple actually wants you to develop for their platform and gives the tools to do to anyone for free.
