Story: EU rejects Microsoft's licence offer

We still need as a matter of some urgencey to get hold of ALL M$ Corp source code and have it inspected by an indipendant body with interest one way or the other no links to either Open source or M$ Corp.
I am totally convinced there are countless instances of lifted code , They have never done an honest days coding in there lives.
