Story: Bulldog fixes broadband problems

i have had nothing but problems with bulldog from day one!
first of they sent a disconection order to bt to change my line over. then two weeks later i phoned them to see what the problem is. i was told that they could not connect me as i have the wrong type line for broad band???. ermm funny that it was working ok on Bt and tried to charge me £156 for a new line yeh right.
when i asked about this after 3hrs on the phone to there customer NON service department i was told they had made a mistake and they will conect me in 6 weeks time. so i was left with no internet or phone for a total of 9 weeks
i was then offered a free cordless modem and two cards as a sorry for the mistake.thats was nice of them (yeh right)
after waiting another 5 weeks still no modem. back on the phone we go and after going from department to department i was told that they will re order my modem for me and it will be there in a few days(ha ha heard that one before have we:))
by now i had my new conection from bulldog
well if thats what you want to call it.
the connection keeps dropping off at least 15 times a day. so back i go to bulldogs customer service. oh im sorry sir we had a bad batch of filters try changing yours. hmm ok (well 3 new filters later and still the same problem. so back i go to customer services.
and we start all over again. oh try the filters sir that will fix it!!. (ha ha) i tell them all this over again and there reply was oh we will send out an engineer to fix it for you sir that was four weeks ago and nothing!! apart from my modem turning up (YAY) the instal cd is damaged there are no pc cards so im still in the same boat as i was at the start. WELL THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS FORGET ABOUT BULLDOG THERE A WAST OF TIME
