Story: Microsoft listens to customers

I think Microsoft have a cheek, they know that nearly all programs rely on Directx, and they provide this free as a download, but if anything goes wrong they wash their hands saying that who ever supplied the pc is their responsibiley to correct any problem in Directx. they even go on to say that you download at your own risk....what a company!!

In my opinion if a manufacturer supplies a part or software they should be responsible to correct a problem with THEIR software. They earn enough revenue, if they cannot be give support for the products they release, then dont release it. It is time that owners told Microsoft where to get off, releaseing buggy software.
