My question is - Does John Delaney really understand this market. There are serious questions like what happened to O2's Seven product? What about the Microsoft Mobile Information server? - MS's attempt at creating a BES and now partially integrated into Exchange 2003. What happened to Wireless Knowledge? - MS and Qualcom's first attempt at a BES?
Surely why BB has been so succesful is the fact that it works and it's easy to use and it's almost iconic, like the iPOD. Diversification may prove disastrous, what they actually need to do is to strengthen their grip on the market by making the device do more and support more, so that it becomes truly ubiqitous.
