well... you wouldn't send a municipal gardener out with a combine harvester, but but neither would you send him out with nothing but a trowel. iPods and Blackberrys are great point solutions, but for most business users life is a bit too complex to be sustained that way - would we want to return to a bunch of discrete applications which wouldn't support the integration of text, calulation, presentation, communication... is this a call to go back to the electric typewriter and the calculator ?
