Story: BT's visions lack focus

Any talk from BT about how wonderful the future is going to be for anyone using its products and services should be taken with a very large pinch of salt, if not treated with the contempt it deserves.
In the organisations I have worked for over the past 12 years, BT have failed to deliver on promises time after time after time.
Forget the futurology, the spin and the logos - concentrate on delivering to your customers!
