Story: Windows 2000 users miss out on IE7

One can not help but wonder if Microsoft would even had bothered with IE7 if it wasn't for FireFox. Which raises the question of how consumer friendly (innovative enough for the right price at the right time) Microsoft really is.

So far I've only seen Microsoft copycat the work of its competitors and quite frankly, I'm not impressed by their "achievements". Mostly because of the strings attached and the half-baked results.
