Story: Windows 2000 users miss out on IE7

Because IE supports ActiveX which some people use, such as Microsoft Outlook Web Access or Windows Update. When these get updated to IE7, you won't be able to use IE6 or Windows 2000 anymore.
Plus, like it or not, most people still only test thier websites in Internet Explorer.
