Story: Faulty update crashes Zone Alarm

The first 6.5 system update for ZA Security suite crashed my server and local network. It would nou nuinstall and i had restore from backup, with the 6.1 update
The second 6.5 update did not immediatlely crash the system but blocked all internet access and then crashed system. I again had to restore to 6.1
Google search idnicates very large number of problems with ZA worldwide now.
I have had ZA since it first started but feel it is now an unrelaible product
