I've looked at a lot of syncing solutions - I'm currently using the beta of www.allmypcs.com and have previously used www.docusync.com
The advantage of these is that they're not P2P and therefore you don't need the PCs connected and you can access the files without your PC via a browser.
That said, I use Foldershare to shre my media files across 3 PCs at home and it's great.
